How can I relax and get to sleep?!


Question: How can I relax and get to sleep!?
Answers:
1!. Consuming food or drinks two hours before sleep may keep you awake, because in order for you to sleep your core temperature needs to drop!. If you have something in your belly that will keep your core temperature high because the rush of blood around your vital organs as you digest!.

2!. Distractions can keep you awake and some people use white noise machines to drown out environmental noises and have great success!.

3!. Read something calm and relaxing before bed!.



4!. MOST IMPORTANT

The most important thing is consistency!. Going to bed and getting up everyday at the same time will go along way to help you sleep better!. Folks who get their 45 min of cardio in per day also sleep better -just make sure that you don't exercise, or do anything stimulating, within three hours of trying to sleep!.

You might try diaphragmic breathing, progressive relaxation, and mindfulness meditation just before you sleep!. It might also be to your benefit to take a vitamin B6 (100mg) and a magnesium before you go to sleep!.


PS I've also heard melatonin works, or a Benadryl, but usually that's like using a chainsaw when a scalpel is needed!.

here is a tip!.!. usually when u are on ur bed u need to train your body to only sleep on it!.!.!. for example if you usually read in bed before sleeping - don't!. try sitting on a chair instead because ur body is confused when you multitask on ur bed!.
If that doesnt work out then try drinking Chai tea!.!.!. it helps calm you so you can get to sleep!.!. i suggest you drink it with milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For me the best thing to do is breathe in slowly and then exhale slowly it helps my body and mind relax and i usually fall asleep right away!. It's also been proven that if you keep your home at 68- 72 degrees you sleep better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
