Question: Left arm vein swells up and arm feels stiff, what can it be!?
When I feel anxious or stressed, my left arm vein gets somewhat bigger and swells up a little!. I also feel my left arm somewhat stiff!. Dr says my heart is fine!. It's not muscular as it's caused by stress!. Any of you felt this or has a clue!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like your doctor said, this is most likely a stress related condition!. I've found that by drinking a glass of milk with about a tablespoon of cinnamon mixed in works wonders to calm my nerves and maintain a relaxed state!. Dr!. Shaw is correct, but for fast action results, take what he said, then apply Ben Gay on both your arms!. If both your arms have Ben Gay on them, both arms will relax (Ben Gay is a muscle relaxant) and more blood flow will occur and will speed up the healing process!.
