Question: LEEP QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, and WHAT TO DO FOR THE PAIN OTHER THAN OTC PAIN RELIEVERS!.!?
I Just got a LEEP done about 14hrs ago, its 3 in the morning, hurts to move my legs, and I can barely move!. The doc and nurse said it would be sore, but nothing Motrin cant do!. Well, Im going through Motrin like candy, and still unable to sleep, and scared to contact my doctor about the pain because he said it wont be that bad, and Ive had my fair share of abusing the doctors advice and solutions before, where they don't want to do anything for me!. I might just be overreacting, but Id seriously rather go through labor again!. I also forgot to tell them about my history with bladder infections!. I get them quite often, and was wondering if a LEEP would irritate it, and was wondering if there was anything else that would help the pain besides Motrin or IBUprofen, and wanting to wake my daughter up for something to do so I dont think about the pain, mainly because I have my daughter, and no babysitters or help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Immediately after the procedure, most women experience some discomfort, and may have a small amount of discharge!. I can see were this would be painful afterwards!. Don't be afraid to call your doctor And ask for a stronger pain reliever!. This does not sound like an easy procedure no matter what the doctors say!. Yes, you should mention your frequent bladder infections!. It's best that the doctor know everything so that they can help you not get another bladder infection!. I know you have a child, but please try to take it easy for a few days!. This is not a Normal Pap Smear And your body needs rest !. You probably will start feeling better within the next week!.
