Pains in legs, what can this be caused from?!


Question: Pains in legs, what can this be caused from!?
For a while now I have been getting pains in my legs!. It feels like its in the bone of my leg and they are like stabbing pains!. I usually get them at night time but sometimes during the day!. People say they are just growing pains but im like a midget so it cant be growing pains!. Does anyone have any ideas on what the pains are caused from or what they are!?!?

I can't determine the source of your pain without a complete examination!. !.!.!.but it doesn't sound like you need to rush to the doctor at this point!. I would keep in good communication with your parents about this!. Let them know if it gets worse or the pain changes!. Also, let your doctor know on your next regular appointment!.

!.!.!.so that being said!. I think you can try a few things to see if it helps with the pain!.
1!. Stretching!. Try stretching the muscles of your legs in area that is hurting!. The stretch should be smooth with a hold for 30 seconds, 1 to 3 times each!. Don't bounce or stretch to the point of pain!. Make sure to stretch all sides the the leg!. (example!.!.!.if it is the thigh then stretch front, back, inside and outside)

2!. Get the blood pumping!. Do some physical activity to increase blood flow to the legs!. I would personally try to work the muscles around where the pain is!. If it is the top/front of you leg do things like sitting marching or pretending like your peddling a bicycle!.

You will want to try each or both of these things a few times before you determine if they work or not!. If the activity makes the pain substantially worse or if the pain last longer then normal, stop the activities and let your parents know!.

It could be the restless leg syndrome!. See your Dr!. There are many medications that can at least relieve the symptoms!. Not sure of any cures or causes!. I have suffered from leg pain due to what is called "charlie horse" If that be the case, take a knee high sock and put rice in it, warm in microwave and wrap around the area!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u do alot of running or any kind of sports i'd think about (shin splints) which is an over use injury for what u described!.
pain most likely to be felt along the inner part of your lower leg
u can get it if u train too hard or too fast or any other training mistakes

its not serious and u can take care of it ur self
wear porper shoes
start gradually
use a cushion if u have flat feet
work on muscle strength b4 doing aggressive exercise or training to make sure u can take it with out hurting ur body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
