sometimes on my right foot on the bone towards the big toe it turns red with these little dots and also the bone hurts very bad!.!.its on and off for me

You may have gout, a type of arthritis which is very painfull and commonly occurs in the toes!. It can be diagnosed by a blood test called uric acid and treated with medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
