Question: Dislocated Shoulder Recovery!?
Alright, so I'm 14 and dislocated my shoulder a week ago playing highschool football!. It popped inwards(towards my rib cage) and now i have 95% of my full range of motions back and can lift things and move it without pain!. It cracks(like a finger does) the odd time but I'm wondering how long it may be until i can get back into hockey and football!. The doctor told me Christmas the first time and now he's telling me Mid-November, although he was in a rush and had other patients to tend to(like 3 minutes of seeing me)!. So, if anyone here can give me an estimate of how long it will take to get back to football and hockey that'd be great!.

do not rush to go back to hard sports fast, if you do not wait long enough the disclocation may become habitual and than you will be in a real trouble and harm yourself for a life time!. It is an injoury that needs to be regarded seriously!. If it was me I would have waited a month more than recomendedWww@Answer-Health@Com
