Ice for the first twenty four hours from the time of the injury!. Twenty minutes on, twenty off!. After that moist heat and a good massage!. Take a towel, soak it with hot water, ring it out and place in on the sore area!. May need help to do this!. Use at least 6 or 7 towels, then have a massage and rub in some Aspercreme and even take a Ibuprofen 800 Mg's!.Do this for a couple days and you'll feel better Im sure!. If not go to a good Chiropractor!. They will take an x-ray, give you a Microdine treatment with ice pads on top of the treatment pads!. Then they will do a small adjustment, which won't hurt and you''l be good as new!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did the exact same thing moving about 6 months ago!. If it's bad enough you can take an anti-inflammatory like nurofen, it will reduce the inflammation in the area therefore reducing some of the pain!. Apply cold pack tonight, and if it's still sore in the morning, use heat instead!. Don't lay on the cold floor if lying flat makes it feel better - the cold can make it tension up and make it worse!. You can also buy some heat pack/pad things that are activated when you stick them on your back, it applies constant heat to the injured area for about 6 hours!. I used these for a few weeks!. After i got fed up with the pain i went to my chiro, turned out i'd rotated a vertebrae and pulled my rib out with it - so if it hangs around for more than a few days go see a chiro! Best of luck!. If the pain is very serious, I would recommend going to a doctor to get things checked out, it might not just be your muscle!. If it isn't severe, ask a friend or family member to massage it for you; that should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all rest your back!. there are some really good ointments that help relieve sore muscles, like Bengay!. Massaging the part of the back isnt a bad idea, as it helps increase circulation and speeds up recovery!. Hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ouch!! i did that once!!
Often a gentle massage, panadol, and ointments such as
'Deep Heat' or 'Voltaren' do the trick!.
If pain lasts for more then a week or seems to get worse, i recommend going to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A visit to the chiropractor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A hot shower and some ice on the area!. Icy Hot lotion would help too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
