Question: Freaking out about 5 shots, especially the hpv one!.!?
I have to get the second of these shots monday along with my second hepatitis a and hepatitis b shots, tetanus, and meningitis!. I hate shots and i am dreading all of these but the hpv one is what i am most scared about!. The first one was the most painful shot I have ever had!. It burned and stung when it went in and my arm was sore for a week!. I don't know how i am going to get through this!. Im 14 and I cried last time, and I'm afraid the second shot is going to be worse plus I have to get 5 shots that day!. What can I do to not be scared and make it hurt less!? Any secrets (places to get the shot, things to do during it, medicine to take, anything)!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure you NEVER tense your arm because the needle will go in slower and hurt more!.
