play contact sports like foot balll!.!.!. how i got mine!. do not sleep for more than an hour without some one waking you up make sure they are vigilent and dont let you sleep the brain tries to rest and it wont fire up agin if it falls asleep sometimes, so stay awake or sleep in one hour intervals thats all i can recomend dont move your head violently and dont sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
