Question: Adderall chest pain!?!?
is it typical to have chest pain even the day after taking adderall if you abuse it!?!. take it without a prescription!. i had chest pain yesterday and it didnt bother me today untill this eveningWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have to disagree with littleshellwoman, adderall will have the same cardiovascular effects on people with ADD/ADHD and people that do not!. For the first few weeks while taking the drug, one's body must become accustomed to using it, and will develop tolerance to the speedy effects over time!.
To answer the question, It most likely is not your heart, but rather the skeletal muscles in between your ribs that have extra tension exerted on them!. When you take adderall, you have a tendency to "tense up" you chest muscles and not recognize that you are doing such until you feel pain!. Just try to relax, if it feels more surface than deep in your chest, it is just over-exerted intercostal muscles!. But remember, adderall can be dangerous if abused (just like any drug) so be careful!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Adderall is for ADHD, ADD, OCD!.
If your system doesn't have an actual need for it you will mess up your heart!.
Speed does what its name implies, speeds you up!.
Especially your heart!.
Then add in the fact that you don't sleep well if you take speed!.
Your heart takes the brunt of the lack of rest!.
Take care of yourself!
