every time i wear my heels, which are barely 2inches high, i get painful blisters and i cant walk for the next couple of days
would help loads if anyone had a cure for blisters, and my perpetual heel problem(and yes, they are very good heels, but i only started wearing heels a couple of months ago)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Blisters are usually caused by heat!. When you touch a hot stove you blister very fast from the sudden heat energy!. Obviously you don't have sudden bursts of heat in your shoes but there is heat building up from friction!. Your shoe is rubbing on the skin enough to cause heat energy to build up slowly and cause this problem!. It doesn't matter if they are "good heels" or not!. They are rubbing on your skin!.
Are you wearing stockings with the shoes!? If not you might consider it!. The stocking can lessen the friction between the shoe and your skin!. Some people will but a band aid or dressing over their skin where they get the blister so that the shoe rubs the dressing and not the skin!.
Hopefully the shoe will break in and not rub on you but it just might be that these shoes just aren't for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
