Question: Cut on my penis, lots of blood!?
I was with a girl for the first time (no condom) and when I put my penis in the first time it hurt then I removed it, I put it back in and it hurt again then I pushed in really hard and I felt this popping feeling and it was very painful!. When I pulled out there was blood lots of it everywhere and I just held toilet paper on the cut until it stopped bleeding!. The cut is on my penis head and goes from the hole down to the end (from my point of view it would go up and over)!. It doesn't hurt or anything it still bleeds a little!. I was wondering if this is really bad!? Is it common and what should I do!? Im not circumcised!.

I'm a paramedic and actually got called to someone with the very same thing! It bleeds a lot to begin with as the penis is such a vascular part of the body, and when you have an erection there is an increased amount of blood in it (the increased amount of blood is what gives you the erection)!.
You should be able to tell if it needs stitches or not - if it is gaping open really bad then it might need one or two!. But from how it happened im just assuming its a smaller cut!. Make sure you keep it clean, and it will heal in its own time!. Keep an eye on it incase it gets infected, in which case you may need to go to the docs for some antibiotics!. Just do some first aid, needed antiseptics to clean-up the wounds!.!.just wash with dump cloth on it!. put the cloth to the freezer for 3-5 min, it could cool yourself off a little bit,if the bleeding don't stop then you have to consult the doctor!. & for best result on your next "routine", circumcision is required so this problem won't happened again!.!.not so bad but I guess you worked it out so hard!.!.'till it bleeds!.!.!.be careful of that thing sweetie!.!.!.take care, Good luck!.
