Question: I need to exercise but cant because im allways stiff!?
i cant walk up the street with out using my ventalin !. my leg joints are in pain and i sweat badly!. please help me!. i need to loose weight!. im a mess!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

swimming is great for you!. it doesnt cause pain on your joints or anything!. try water aerobics! also to unstiffify (lol) yourself, try stretching every night!. simply sitting on your bed and trying to touch your toes is a good stretch (dont stretch too far tho!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to your doctor and get advise off him on the best way for you to lose weight!.I advise changing your diet first and you might loose enough weight then to start light exercise!.Eat fruit and vegtables, fish, lean white meat, wholegrain foods etc!. and drink 8 glasses of water a day to flush out your system!.Also try drinking green tea, it speeds up your metabolism and is good for you!.And maybe take some joint care supplements!.:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pace yourself!. Trying to do the Rocky in one day just doesn't happen!. Start eating healthy, this doesn't mean diet although that is part of it!. Try getting a workout tape or looking online for a routine that you can do every day!. This is just the start though!. You can also look for a dietitian and even a trainer!. Also since you talked about how you sweat a lot and are in need of breaks because of joint problems you can try staying in your house with a treadmill at first until you feel more confident in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you could go to a nearby gym and hire a personal trainer!. they'll help you come up with a workout routine that is suitable for you, and it'll get easier eventually!.
