okay i sprained my wrist at school falling down the stairs at lunch and the doc gave me a splint and told me to put in a sling!.but he never told me for how long!? why did he make me wear a sling!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

At least a week!. The sling keeps your arm and wrist steady from any further injuring!. All you have to do is put a call into the Doctor's office and tell them he forgot to tell you how long to wear the splint or sling!. Listen to what they tell you!.
