Question: I had a wicked leg cramp a couple of nights ago!.!.!.!?
and my leg is still spasming, like it's trying to tighten up again!.!.!.!.I've been drinking water!.!.I DO NOT bananas, is there anything else I can do!.!.!.I'm 5 months pregnant, and this has gone on that long!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a BIG book!. now step on the book with heels and middle of foot off the book now lift at the toes about 10X!. that will stop the spasm!. if not get hylands leg cramp ointment!. its completly homeopathic and save for you and the babyWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah stretch that's the best way to relax your muscle and keep it from tightening again!.

You can sit on the floor in front of a wall, place the sole of your foot on the floor and try to stretch forward!. Do so until you feel a mild tension in your muscle!. Repeat this exercise for about 5 times and hold for 10-20 seconds!. Give about 5 seconds of rest in between!.

NOTE: If you feel pain in your leg as your stretching do not continue!. You have to see a doctor b/c if pain is occuring it means that you tore a possible ligament!.
