Question: What may ease the ache I have in my arm, post flu jab!?

You can use the same method used for swelling, Put some ice in moist wash cloth or in a plastic bag and hold on the site for a little while!. Taking an aspirin or aspirin product will help!. Wish you the best!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had mine on thursday and like you found it far more painful than in the past!. I didn't take anything for the pain as I was unsure if it would affect the way in which the vaccine works!. However It got much better during the night and I was pain free by morning!. I just had a long soak in a hot bath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
