Answers:
It depends on how long ago you got this scrape!. If the scrape oozed this shortly after you got the cut this is normal and is just fluids with scabbing agents coming out to help start the healing process!. If this happened a few days afterwards with a scab and it is very sore and looks pink or red around the scrape, then it might be infected!.

EDIT:

Okay, since you got it yesterday I think it's best if you take all the bandages off of it and pour some peroxide on it (it won't hurt too bad)!. Dab the peroxide off after it bubbles a little bit and allow it to dry for a few hours!. If you have antibiotic powder it would be best so the scrape can form a scab!. If not then put a little antibiotic cream on it with a bandage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had the exact same thing!. Every day, put a clean bandage around it!. You may need to change it if it gets too messy!. when it dries, it's a good idea to put disenfectant on itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yep!. Sounds like an infection!. Please see a doctor before it gets worse!. Sounds like it needs to be disinfected and a bandage wrapped on it!.

That is Plasma - the blood cells are being used and the water like plasma often leaks out during this emergency repair the body initiates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
