Question: What happened to my ankles!?
My ankles have been hurting (both of them) and i dont know what i did!.!.!.it hurts when i bend my feet down and they felt a little swollen!.!.!.!.idk what to do bout it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If they're swollen, keep them above your heart for awhile!. Lay backwards on your bed and put your feet up on the wall!.
I think this pain will go away in a day or 2!. If there's no improvement in 2 days, please see you doctor!.

Best to see your doctor!. Is it a buildup of fluids in your tissue because you ate too much salt!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
