Question: My back hurts sooo bad! What are my options!?

I have had really bad back pain for a while, and this week it has been even worse! I'm thinking about going into Urgent Care, but what all can they do for me there!? And what if it ends up being serious!? I do not have insurance!! I'm afraid it will cost a fortune!! Don't they assist you in some way financially!? I am a nanny but do not make much after the cost of bills and stuff so I do not know how I can afford this, but I need something done about my back soon!! What should I do!?!? Try a chiropractor, they're cheaper and can work wonders!. In the meantime you can take ibuprofen and /or use the heat patches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
