Yes you can do that!. If the Tramadol keeps making you queasy it may be too high a dose for you!. I have had the same thing happen to me!. I also had nausea for the first day or two when I began Tramadol!. Now it doesn't affect me that way anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
