Question: Please help me, i feel like actual crap!?
my head feels like i have a band around it tightning
my neck and lower back are very sore
i havent had a proper meal since friday, i just have had no appetite and just thinking about food makes me feel sick, no i do not have an eating disorder, i have tried eating,but it makes me feel worse
i am dizzy
please help with any remedies which could ease the pain

take 2 motrin and some caffiene pills take 200mg 1 vivarin
make up soup and drink water,hot tea,juice
i feel like crap also my nose is so stuffy and runny

Well I think the reason your head hurts and you are dizzy is because you haven't had an appetite to eat!. Try soup, two aspirins and some sleep!. Hope you feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
