Question: Help me get my voice back!!?
I have a really important speech to give for my oral com class!. I blew off the first one so this one has to be perfect!. I woke up this morning and my voice was completely gone! I have a really sore throat and swallowing is impossible!. I have to get my voice back by Tuesday because that's when I have to give my speech!. Does anyone know any home remedies that work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gargle with warm salt water a couple of times a day!. Drink Throat Coat from Traditional Medicinals or Yogi tea Throat comfort!. If you haven't been to the dr!. yet, you should!. You may have strep and need antibiotics!. They offer both the antibiotic shot usually or tell you to take the tablets!. If you want to speed up the recovery, go for the shot!. I've found both teas at Giant Eagle, whole foods and trader joes!. Mst health food stores carry them but Amazon has the best price!. You may not have the luxury of time waiting for them to be shipped!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
