Sharp pain in my mid-back?!
Question: Sharp pain in my mid-back!?
on the left side of my uper back it feels like there is a knive stabbing it!
i have popped it and it didnt work and it is stopping me from being able to concentrate on my every day activities!
can some1 tell me how to fix it

That sounds like muscle may be hurting!. What I uses when my back hurts is icy hot and the salt you can get at your pharmacy and pour it into the bath!. I also use a heating pad!. And don't forget to take some pain medicine!. If that don't work then I advise you to see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
