Question: Brass knuckles injuries!?
My son and my husband got into a fight with someone wielding brass knuckles, leaving serious injuries to both - but weapon was not searched for or found!. The neighbor/co-worker pulled my son over the fence onto his property, breaking his arm in the fall, and then beat him in the head with brass knuckles, my husband jumped the fence to save my son's life and got hit in the eye with the brass knuckles - leaving 14 stitches!. Cops sided with the guy who's property it was, and never searched for a weapon!. Doctor's have documented proof it was brass knuckles!. Can he be charged with using a illegal deadly weapon!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

kan be ckharged but wud most likely beat the ckharges with a average lawyer!. They will more than likely not pursue ckharges!. Im very sorri for your situation!. im not a lawyer or nuffin but ive been arrested a few time aggravated assault robbery armed robberyWww@Answer-Health@Com
