Answers:
Vitamin D is fat soluble so you need a bit of fat in your meal when you take vitamin D!. Milk, eggs, vegetable fat (as in nuts, beans, peas, lentils), meat, poultry, fish or any fat!. If you take vitamin D with fruit or water then your body won't absorb it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most people do not absorb enough vitamin D from their diets alone!. Get PLENTY of unfiltered sunlight per day!. Ideally an hour or more!. This is the best way to absorb vitamin D!. If you still need more vitamin D (like during the winter months or if you are unable to get enough sunlight), then Cod Liver Oil (a form of fish oil) is the best supplement for vitamin D!. Most vitamin D supplements available in the store are not in a form able for absorbtion, and therefore a waste of money! Www@Answer-Health@Com

in the most is you have to 'bath' under the direct sunlight at its Ultra Violet rich ray (at about 9:00 or 10:00 o'clock till midday)!. hope this solves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
