What causes tendinitis and bursitis, how do you get it?!

Question: What causes tendinitis and bursitis, how do you get it!?

my ultrasound report said"in keeping with chronic calcific tendinitis and mild subacromial- subdeltoid bursitis" so what is it, how did i get it and as the doctor didn't give me anything or tell me to do anything i'm guessing it will heal itself!. can anyone give me any info on this condition!. thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
