Hmmmmm, well I am currently going through the same problem and my chiropractor gave me a great thing to do which really does work!. Ok so it's not really a stretch but if your shoulders hurt stretching might make them worse and this solution doesn't hurt one bit!
This is what you should do:
1!. First get a kitchen or bathroom hand towel and soak it with water!. Wring it out to the best of your abilities so that it is not dripping!.
2!. Next twist the towel length wise once again (just like when you wrung it out) and then place it in a bowl and stick it into the microwave!.
3!. I don't exactly remember how long it took but you need to microwave the wet towel until it is steamy and hot!.
4!. Once the towel is nice and steamy get another towel the same size and wrap it around the twisted towel just as you would wrap a towel around an icepack!.
5!. Place the towel on your shoulders and situate it so that it sits on where it hurts the most!. You should leave the towel there until it is no longer hot but rather very cold like when you first put it in the water!.
6!. You can do this as often as you would like until your shoulders are feeling better!.

CAUTION: You MUST wrap another towel around the hot one because it will be very hot and you do not want to burn your skin!!!!

If this doesn't work you can also get someone to massage them and possibly use a vibracusser on them to loosen them up!. Another possibility would be to go see a chiropractor!

GOOD LUCK!!!

PS: I'm 13 years old so depending on your age it might not be AS effective but it should still work!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
