i was out all weekend and am sick today i have a pain down my left arm is like its cold and pins and needles all day any ideas what it could be!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well they are rite go and see a doc, while i really don't think it is a pain running down the arm can be a sign of a heart attack i think so go to a doc and check it ok man but don't worry i really don't think it is you don't look that old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
History is a bit limited, no age, injury or previous health issues information!. Cardiovascular issue, neck problem, irritation of nerves in arm pit (brachial plexus), or distal nerve irritation (ular or median)!.
Maybe its just a viral syndrome with numerous nerve groups irritated!. See a doctor if you do not get better or if it resolves but occasionally recurs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't think you should be asking this question here , visit you gp , pins and needles is normally a sign of bad circulation , so don't delay visit your gp , thats what they are there for , hope you feel better soonWww@Answer-Health@Com
