I am caring for someone with Alzheimer's!. I sleep near them and may have to awake at odd hours!.

I first of all sit up on the edge of the bed while I come round!. Then I get up & have a cup of tea!. It is a personal thing, some people awake firing on all cylinders but with most of us it takes a few minutes to get our act together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
