You could be clenching and/or grinding your teeth!. About a year ago I noticed that I was waking up every morning with a headache!. I picked up a mouthguard at the store and it took care of the problem immediately!.
It seems to be a habit for me to clench my teeth cause I can wear the mouthguard for 4-5 nights and it breaks me of the habit so I can quit wearing it for a couple of months!. I usually start again so I just keep the mouthguard handy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

is it just wen u get up!? if so it mite be because u jump outa bed or somthin(like to turn off an alarm or w/e) that somtimes gives m headaches if its not that then i agree wit the other ppl(just take some pain relivers)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Could be a number of reasons!. I once had a headache that lasted 4 days in a row and I NEVER get headaches!. Whatever the cause of my 4 day headache, I still don't know!. So it could be anything!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Headaches are usually caused by stress or drinking!. I recommend taking some medicines for the headaches!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Could be sinuses!. When the weather/temperature changes I get splitting headaches!. Take some pain relievers :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
