the ligamant wont heal all the way and is weak what do i do to make it strong so i can once again weightlift!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

use a stress ball, do wrist excersises(google) do anything that you think would strengthen a muscle(put stress on it) and take it easy!.!.!.!. do a little more every day and soon enough you with have a strong wrist again!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Gentle, slowly increasing (over weeks and months) exercises!. Gently flex your wrist, back and forth as far as you feel comfortable, then try to slowly carry increasing small weights in that hand, like a book, then a stone of more weight!. Etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get a squeezer ball or a spring loaded squeezer for the palm of your hand!. They should be available in most Pharmacy/Chemists, or a rehabilitation sales place!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
