It hurts so bad, I feel like crying(Best answer 10 points, please help, its real!

Question: It hurts so bad, I feel like crying(Best answer 10 points, please help, its really painful)!?
I'm not going to the doctors because I hate them!. I will only go if I:
A!. Can't breathe
B!. am bleeding profusely
C!. Someone else is experiencing A or B!.

I'm having really bad cramps!. They're like in my lower abdomen, and near my gluteal area!. I can barley sit half the time!. I'm also very hot when I wake up (its freezing in my room!) and lastly, I've been having crazy sex dreams!. One dream was so outrageous, that when I woke up, I felt myself gagging, or I'll have this sensation like I'm actually having sex in real life!. Also, I'm feeling extremly guilty and depressed!.
It can't be my period, 'cause it doesn't come until the end of the month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It sounds like you may be having some major ovulation cramps!. The timing is about right because you typically ovulate a couple weeks before your period!. Sharp cramping in the area of one or both ovaries during ovulation is fairly common, but I can't say I've ever heard a description that sounds this severe!.

You can try some over the counter pain medicine such as Tylenol, Aleve, or Midol, or you can go the holistic route if that's your inclination, with raspberry leaf tea or cramp bark tea!.

Hot compresses on your lower belly can help, and some light exercise may also help, as in just leisurely walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

such pain and such sexy dreams means you have something wrong with your hormones level , and i bet you will have problems with your next period
dont worry it is all normal and can be solved, just ask about the problems you will have laterWww@Answer-Health@Com

It honestly sounds like PMS hun!. and while your'e not going to start menstruating until the end of the month, PMS symptoms can come 1-2 weeks ahead of the time your period begins!. Either that, ovulation pains, cysts, appendicitis, intestinal blockage, colon problems, bladder problems, or you're sick with something else!. The point is, you just don't know!. and neither do any of us!. the ONLY person that can help you is a doctor, whether that's the answer you wanted or not!.

Whether or not you hate the doctor's shouldn't play a role in keeping up with your health!. Personal issues aside, it's whether you care about your health or not that is the question at hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
