i had a wound a few days back,on my knee!. and now its in the proccess of healing and i noticed some white dots on the open wound!. its about this big ---> o

Nothing!. The white dots are new tissue forming!. Its part of the healing process!. Just make sure to keep the area clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Make sure you clean it!.
Clean it with peroxide then rubbing alcohol!.
If it doesn't get any better within the next two days
Visit your doctor they might be able to presribe something
that will make it heal better!.
