I have been in the ER for 40yrs and have HAD concussion more than once!. I never had a fever with a concussion!. I can't say that I have ever seen a patient with a concussion have fever, either!. I've googled the web and do not see fever as one of the signs/symptoms of concussion!. IF you had fever and head symptoms, I'd say to high-tail it to the ER!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My daughter had concussion when she was 6 and fell off a wall in school!. I brought her to the a&e where she was vomiting severley for a couple of hours!. She was allowed home that night and no she didnt have a fever!. I don't think one would have a fever with concussion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
