Took adderall...still cant FOCUS...suggestions?!?!


Question: Took adderall!.!.!.still cant FOCUS!.!.!.suggestions!?!!?
I take 40mg adderall everyday!.!.!.so i decided to take 120 today because I have a stay awake and finish an english paper due in 11 hours- not to mention i have math class in8 hours!. Its gotten me through making an outline!.!.!.and im definatly not tired!.!.!.but i cant sit and write etc anymore!. any suggestions how to make my focus back to my paper!? i never had this problem in 2 years of taking it:/Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, Regular breaks (preferably in the open air) away from the thing you are trying to focus on is the best way to get your head around things!.

I don't know what Adderall is but I have been prescribed Provigil (Sleep Apnoea) and one of those sucker keeps me awake for at least twenty hours, NOT like taking speed or anything, just awake and reasonably alert!.

The great thing about using it is that you DO NOT feel like a zombie or drugged out of it, (I believe airline pilots take to keep awake for long haul flights!.)

The only bad side effect I have had is (And not really a side effect as such) is that after taking them for a few days on end (At normal dosage) is that my body (Being unhealthy) is kept artifically awake and in use all the time, therefore the lack of sleep (and the recovery that takes place during sleep is denied) catches up and you feel very weary after a week or so!.

I don't use the Provigil all the time now because of that and also because I found the Water Cure!.

I only take 1 if I know that I need to be awake and alert for 20-24 hours!.

Since I found the Water Cure My sleep patterns and general health has improved dramatically, I can highly recommend it!.

It is very simple:
Just drink 8 eight Oz (250ml) glasses of water per day, the water can be tap water or if it is yukky in your area then use a Britta filter or similar and place 2Litres of this water in a jug,
Add half a teaspoon of sea salt (100% pure sea salt, no anti-caking agents etc)

Stir well and drink 2 glasses half an hour before breakfast the rest spread over the day (drink each glass down as quickly as poss!. i!.e!. don't sip it over a period of time!.)

The only other thing you need to do is cut out ALL caffeine and alcohol!.

As your health improves you will find that you have more energy and it is best that you then use some of it to walk at least 1 mile per day as this will speed up the process!.

I know this sounds like a crazy idea (At least I though so, when I first heard about it) but then I was extremely unhealthy (Diabetes, Sleep Apnoea, Fibromyalgia) and depressed so I though give it a go,nothing to lose!.

Within a few days I noticed an improvement, within a week others noticed a change in me, now I have no more depression and the painkillers I used to have to take daily are a thing of the past (well not fully, I think I have taken about 6 - 8 painkillers since first week I started as opposed to 8 per day!)

In Dr!. F!. Batmanghelidj's book "The Body's Many Cries For Water" he explains why although vitamin C is good for you, drinking too much orange juice is not!.

I have improved in health since starting and I have started from a very bad place, if you are reasonably healthy and want to improve your health then it should be even more dramatic in its benefits to you!.

I am NOT in any way affiliated with the water cure people just simply am advocating it because without it I might not be still around!.
