Question: My head feel painful starting from my neck if i stay long on the computer!?

I'd say it's a transition pain that actually starting in your shoulder!. Do you slouch when you are sitting at your computer!? My guess is you have computer shoulder as my chiropractor puts it!.
Your computer monitor should be positioned where the middle of your monitor is at eye level or slightly above eye level!. Also your keyboard should be low towards your lap!.
I had a lot of trouble with my neck when I was working long hours at my computer!. The changes I mentioned above in addition to stretching my shoulders and neck every hour have helped a great deal!. It got so bad that I couldn't turn my neck at all for 3 weeks!. I went to the chiropractor and he pushed on this spot right behind my shoulder blade and it shot pain up through my neck!. I was amazed nobody had every been able to find the source of my pain before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
