I can't sleep. i stay up later each night than the night before.?!


Question: I can't sleep!. i stay up later each night than the night before!.!?
any advice!? i seem to be on a 30 hour schedule each day!. it keeps rotating!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you think you're having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep here are some foods to natually help you sleep:

-bananas
-warm milk
-turkey meat

these three foods contain an amino acid (building block of protein) called typtophan which causes sleepiness naturally!.
and avoid exercising before you go to bed

only a professional can really help you out, but as for my advice, I say try to calm down a bit!. maybe your brain is just overprocessing and you don't have time to think!. listen to some jazz/ambient chill if you're into that, oh man it helps me so much *www!.shoutcast!.com*!. also get exercise so you feel more tired later on!.

for me, it's all or nothing for sleep!. I feel rested after either 7 hours or 1 hour, but anywhere inbetween I feel absolutely exhausted!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
