Question: Foot Surgery On Nov 5!?
I am having foot surgery on my right foot, 4th toe, which they are going to put a pin in the toe!. I would like to know if its painful after the sugery and when they remove it!.

I would say yes, as any time you puncture the skin there is generally pain associated!. Also, you'll have scar tissue forming around the toe which will most likely make range of motion painful while healing!. Your best options are physical therapy and following all instructions they give you to ease your discomfort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had 2 pins put in my right ankle!. After surgery you will no doubt be given pain medication!. You will be sore but this is something that will help you in the future!. Don't be afraid of the surgery!. You will be well cared for before, during and after surgery!. If you find that you have pain, ask the Doctor for help!. Do exactly whatever the Doctor tells you to do so you recover sooner!. Surgery is always scary but how would you feel if you decided against the surgery!?
