Question: Who has ever torn their muscle!?

I tore my hip flexer 7 weeks ago and it was probably the most painful experieince in my life!. It's still healing! i cant even run yet!. I just wanted to see if anyone else has gone through it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG that kills!. i'm a cheerleader and i tore mine over the summer!.!.!. it still hurts a little if i over rotate my hips!. just be carefull and stretch REALLY well before running or exercising!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
