Using religion as an excuse to quit doesn't sound particularly good to me I wouldn't suggest attempting to quit nearly all beings masturbate!. If you don't do it when your conscious you'll like start to do it in your sleep it's automatic for some!. The cure to your addiction is to find a lover!. Sexual desire is completely normal however anything that has brings about obsession should be dealt as such!. I would think its reasonable to evaluate why you feel as if it is excessive; i!.e how many times a day!? Once that is determined try to consider what other pleasurable things you could do to assist in downsizing that number (per day)!. Once this is done try to repeat the pattern because it takes the brain 14 days of consecutive behavior to undo (in some cases)!.
