What is "anterior" dislocated shoulder?!


Question: What is "anterior" dislocated shoulder!?
I just need to know in anterior dislocated shoulder, would the humerus come out towards the front of the body!?!?!?

or does anterior dislocation means that there is a force from the anterior side of the body, which displaces the humerus backwards!?!?!?!?
