Stretching gives me wild leg cramps?!


Question: Stretching gives me wild leg cramps!?
when i wake up in the mornings, or anytime, my legs are usually curled up!. and when i stretch them out, i stretch myself right into a leg cramp!. only in my left leg!. normally, i can feel it coming and stop stretching before it happens!. but sometimes, there is no avoiding it!.so i stand up as fast as i can, but even then, it hurts so bad that i can even put my foot flat on the ground!. then after the episode is over, my calf is in sever pain for the rest of the day!.
this happens a lot and i eat at least one banana a day!. this happen to anyone else!? what do you do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

sleep with your legs elevated!. seriously!. when you wake up, it will feel better!.

this used to happen to me all the time!. calves right!. it was even swollen once!. but it stopped!. while this is happening you should rub wear it hurts!. i didnt think anyone else had this problem!. i havent had it in a year!. maybe its cuz your legs are curled so the circulation is slowed down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's actually good for you when you stretch and you feel pain, you just have to become more flexible!. if the cramps are really bad, ice them!. if that doesn't help, maybe you pulled a muscle, have shin splints, or aren't doing the stretches right!. hope i've helped!.
