I have walked 7 miles today...?!


Question: I have walked 7 miles today!.!.!.!?
It took me 3 hours to walk the 7miles!.

I was sweating alot, but I was hardly out of breath!

What are the health benefits for me if I keep this up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is good for you on many levels, if you have extra weight on you and you keep this up and also start jogging it will make you lose the weight!. Sweating is one of the best ways to reduce toxins in your body, and exercise helps blood flow and is good for the nervous system!. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Excercise can make you feel a lot more awake & less tired if you keep it up and you eat generally okay!. Just remember to pace yourself, no-one can become fit overnight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should get into good shape! Be careful though as walking too much could hurt your joints!. I would only walk about 60 minutes, but walk briskly!.
