Answers:
Run it under TEPID (room-temperature, not cold, not warm) water for at least 20 minutes!. You can soak it longer if you want to since it will ease the pain!. Do not use ice, as you can actually cause frostbite which will damage you hand worse!. DO NOT use antibiotic creams (Neosporin), gels, toothpaste (you need to wash that off), butter, pee, or whatever else you've heard to put on a burn!. They just hold the heat in & make the burn worse!. If it does blister, don't pop the blisters- you'll just open up a wound for infection!. If you do get blisters & they pop on their own, wash with soap & water, then cover with a non-stick dressing like Telfa (the stuff that's on the inside of Band-Aids)!. If you wind up with a huge area of blisters, you need to go to the ER!.
In the meantime, take some Tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain!. Good luck, hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally, I don't recommend putting toothpaste on your burn!. Soak your hand in cool water for 15-20 minutes!. Then wash the area with regular soap and water and pat dry gently!. If there is just redness and no blisters, you probably do have a first degree burn!. Unfortunately, first degree burns can be the most painful!.

You may find some relief by keeping the burn covered!. Try applying a thin layer of antibiotic ointment to the area after washing it!. Keep it covered with a clean, dry dressing!.

If you develop blisters, your risk of developing a secondary infection is greater!. Watch for signs and symptoms of infection - increased redness, swelling, nasty looking wound drainage, fever, or red streaks up your arm!. If any of these develop, see a doctor promptly!.

Non steroidal anti-inflammitory medications, such as Advil or Aleve, are often helpful for the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's nothing you can do, its gonna hurt!. If you keep it in cold water its just gonna hurt when you take it out, you have to endure that first few minutes of pain then it starts to settle down!. Take some tylenol for the pain and don't put anything on it!. It will blister!. You can keep a gauze on it if you want with some antibiotic ointment!. Try not to let the blister break!. The longer theblister is intact, the faster you will heal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could try:

A!. soaking it in warm water, not cold which will cause it to blister

B!. putting on real aloe vera (not store bought, which doesn't contain the mannose molecule, or

C!. A cold ice pack, or a wash cloth you put in the freezer (this will not cause it to blister like soaking it in cold water!. but when you do this, put ice on it for 10 min!. then take it off for 10 min!., and just repeat it!.

Any of these will help, but, in the end, only time will completely heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put in cold water and ice!. Don't break the blister if there is one!. Keep it dry after you soak it in the cold waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

well your supposed to run it under cold water for 10 minutes so it doesn't scar and the pain will ease Www@Answer-Health@Com
