Question: Dazed feeling when seeing flashing lights!?
Is it a seizure!? I don't think so, but I was at a party last night and there was a lot of darkness and flashing lights and loud music!.!.!.does that mean anything!? What is it!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lauren!.!.!.!.what you are experiencing is a confusion between your senses!. You have your eyes being disoriented by the flashing lights!.!.!.so the information that the eyes are telling the brain isn't exactly right!. Then you have your inner ear telling your brain that you are upright and everything is good!. Finally you have your skin and joints sending signals to the brain!.!.!.but they are getting added input from the sound waves of the music!. Because all three senses aren't telling the brain the same story it is disorienting!. At first your brain doesn't know exactly what is going on so you feel funny!.!.!.!. after 10 minutes your senses were better able to filter out the flashing lights and sound to give your brain a clear idea of where the body was in space!. Without the conflicting information you felt fine again!.!.!.
So!.!.!.you are fine!. You may however be sensitive and more susceptible to motion sickness!. !.!.!.!.oh and it isn't seizures!. Seizures brought on by flashing light most always cause electrical activity to travel throughout the brain and you lose consciousness!.

Were they strobe lights!?
Those can make people dizzy, because of the flashing,
and not constant light!.
If it was a daze, you're fine!.
If it wasn't strobe lights,
then I don't know what to tell you!.
If you started feeling fine, while still being around the lights,

If you were drinking alcohol that could have contributed to the dazed feeling!. If not, you should see a doctor because it could be a seizure!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
