it happens often specially on my hand to see the flesh moving outside like crazy (without me moving it it does it by itself) and they told me this happens sometimes!that nerves moving under the skin and u can actually see the flesh on ur hand moving and it feels weird!
what is that exactly is it dangerous!?!?why it happens!?!?

there is nothing about nerves movement!.!.!.!.!.!.only some part of muscle(some fascicles) are contracting!.!.!.!.!.
it happens in slight amount specially after vigorous musle contraction(exercise),even by inadequate sleep,even in occassionally with nothing relative!.!.!.
if it is occuring continously/always it may due to nerve injury or some kind of hormonal imbalances!.!.!.!.go for a Dr visit!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
