Question: I have really bad side pain why!?
some times when i get over whelmed my sided start to hurt really bad li it akes and my ribs to !. it is hard to breath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anxiety can cause that believe it or not!. When it happens, try taking a slow deep breath and lay down if you can!. Close your eyes and shut the lights off and breath really slowly!. Count your breaths!.

It could be a kidney stone they are very painful, sometimes they disperse on their own!. if it persists go and see your doctor!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
