You need to go to the ssi office or call and apply online!. Some states social service offices will assist in filing the paper work!. You are not always denied the first time you apply!. Each state has a disability determination service office that is federally funded that will make the decision on your claim!. they will view all medical records, daily activities, etc!. they have the best doctors that work in their office to assist with the decisions!. You need to accumulate all the medical documentation you can get your hands on to prove your case!. Specifically diagnostic procedures, diagnosis, prognosis, any other expert information on why you can't work!.

call the social security office and apply over the phone or go to the local office if you have one or you can go on line and apply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
