Answers:
Crossing your legs is actually horrible for your hips!. The pain in your thigh could be sciatica (symptoms indicating that you hips are pinching your sciatic nerve, and is usually only felt on one side of the body)!. The spider veins that seemingly pop out of your legs, I wouldn't personally say they are from crossing your legs, but rather, from sitting for long periods of time!.

Your mussels might be sore!. you might want to ask your parents about it!. you could also do some stretching to help!. sit in a butterfly position and press on your knees!. It might help! :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your hip could be out of joint!. I don't know about the blood vessel part, might be tho!. You might also have bruised it or strained the muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
