okay, so this is probably a really dumb question, but someone told me that your ears are the things that keep your body balanced!. and if you get one cutoff, then you wont be able to walk straight!. is that true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is not true, the part of the ear that keeps your balance are the semi-circular canals which are contained in the inner ear!. Having your earlobe or external ear cut off will not do anything!. You'll have some hearing loss in that ear since the earlobe helps to direct sound waves into the ear canal but that's about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
